Kitchen faucets is a consumer market that is saturated with tens of thousands of products every year.  Madgal set themselves a goal to develop their new faucets with an innovative approach using new materials, updated technology and cutting edge designs.

Development of an innovative pull down faucet that will maintain the design look of their last faucet product line.

As part of the development process we researched the design possibilities that will enable the faucet head to reach all surfaces of the sink.  We studies how shapes interconnect, how shapes hold on to one another, and how shapes complete one another.

In the engineering process included research and selection of lead-free biocompatible materials for the water path. 

In order to allow the pull-out faucet to be bendable and possible to articulate on the one hand, and flexible on the other, we have developed a unique assembly molded from double tubing.

An innovative pull down faucet that allows comfortable & easy user operation experience around the sink.  The faucet was designed using special polymers for the internal and external components. 

The connection surfaces between the metal and plastic components was implemented esthetically pleasing and precise design.
