The Challenge
Develop a simple and accurate system for use in the pharmaceutical industry environment.
The customer’s requirement was to allow 3 position options: lying on a floor, hanging on a wall, lying on a table. Operation is done automatically, with almost no operator intervention.

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
We learned the factory environment and the limitations of the exact location where it is best to place the device. We examined the frequency of its operation by a technician.
The working premise was to develop a robust product that is suitable for the environment of industrial machines, water resistant and does not require much work on the part of the technician.

DESIGN PROCESS
The device is designed with protection arches to maintain proper and accurate operation and waterproofing.
The design was driven by the search for maximum clarity, with immediately understandable symbols and simple to use commands.

ENGINEERING
The product is in a sterile, wet industrial environment.
The sealing challenge was complex – on the one hand a requirement for sealing against high pressure rinsing of water and on the other hand to create ventilation openings for heat emission from the device.
We used strong materials that are resistant to abrasion and chemicals.
